Competition among the Most Beautiful
On May 26, the Miss ZNTU 2017 contest took place in the hall of ZNTU, where 12 beautiful, brave and talented girls of our university gathered. The event was held at the highest level: all contestants behaved with dignity, surprised with their intelligence and humor at the intellectual contest, inspired with their numbers at the talent contest. However, few people know that behind a 2-hour performance are 2 months of hard training. Before becoming a participant in the competition, each girl went through a selection process. It consisted of a conversation with the organizers, where the girls had to show themselves as individuals, then the contestants were asked to go to the photo zone, where it was determined how photogenic they are. And the last, most important stage is the fashion show, where the managers of the «Fashion Angel» modeling agency have already directly selected the girls to participate in the competition.

To the question, what was the most difficult part of preparing for the competition, the girls answered: «two hours, three times a week to come to the rehearsal in 16-centimeter heels.» However, there was never an atmosphere of competition in the team. On the contrary, all the girls became very close friends and helped each other during rehearsals and the competition.
After a rather long meeting, the jury announced the decision: Tetyana Osmukha FEU-114 became the First Vice-Miss. Vice Miss – Anna Lukyanchuk IF-816. And the winner of the Miss ZNTU 2017 contest was Mariia Lovchikova GF-916 and received a ticket to Europe from the Augustin travel agency. According to the results of the voting, which took place on the website of the ZNTU Students’ Professional Committee, Kateryna Tytova received the Audience Sympathy Prize.
It is worth thanking the managers of the «Fashion Angel» model agency, Anna Sushchenko and Svitlana Tsyb, who conducted a fashion show master class, the winner of the Miss ZNTU 2016 contest, Kateryna Sidorova, who showed a few secrets of how to hold herself on stage, as well as Anastasiia Burlai for her incredible photos, and Yuliia Bilokon for the wonderful hairstyles of our participants. Also, thanks to the sponsors and presenters who made this event bright and unforgettable!
