ZNTU Student Self-Government Conference. Together we are a force!

At the end of the working week, on June 13, the ZNTU student self-government conference was held at the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University. The event gathered the student assets of all faculties, as well as colleges and dormitories of ZNTU. Distinguished guests were also present: the rector of «Mashinka» Serhiy Borisovych Belikov, the vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work and education of students Serhii Timofiyovych Yarymbash.

The conference included a reporting part. Andriy Volodymyrovych, on behalf of the student self-government, spoke about the work done by our enthusiasts, showing visual presentations. All aspects of active student life were covered. The «Student Active School», which successfully debuted this year and, we hope, will become an annual event, was also mentioned several times.

In addition, students elected delegates to the elected bodies of ZNTU at various levels. According to the results, 14 people were elected to the academic council of the university, as well as 51 people to the labor collective conference.

At the end of the meeting, the students talked with the rector. Serhii Borisovych gave answers to the most pressing questions, and also thanked the student self-government for its conscientious and dedicated work, noting its importance in the life of the university and his own pride for a real initiative student team.
