Who is the «mafia»?
A team psychological turn-based role-playing game with detective plot, which shows the struggle of members of an organized minority against the disorganized majority. Mafia —is one of the most interesting card games of our time.
The residents of the city, exhausted by the rampant mafia, decide to destroy the mafiosi one by one. In response, the mafia starts a war until the complete destruction of all. Such a war among freshmen «against all»was waged from September 26 to October 5, 2017. The game turned out to be interesting and tense. The organizer of the game was Victor Holi from the club «DMC – mafia», as well as the Trade Union Committee of ZNTU students, represented by Valeria Zaika. The university «first-year students» competed in a game in which it is impossible to win honestly. The game has a place for deception and deceit, the conclusion and vile violation of contracts and alliances. And in this competition of intelligence and lies, the first-year students did not hit their faces in the mud, and good music, a wonderful host and an exciting atmosphere made the game unforgettable.
The whole game seemed to transport the players to an underground club of some famous mafioso of the twentieth century, and the students tried on the roles of the sheriff, the mafia, the doctor and intimidated citizens. What game allows you to immerse yourself in yourself and become a different person?
Who is the "mafia", or rather the winner? The final showed that the "Pelmyashi" (KNT) team is the best at leading by the nose. All the others had the following results: the "Lapushki" (KNT) team took second place, the "#9" (FEU+T) team was in third place, and the teams: "Flash" (MTU), "Lyza G." (KNT+RT), the KNT+SN team took fourth, fifth and sixth places respectively.
It is worth noting the high level of organization of the tournament, and, unfortunately, the small number of first-year students in the tournament that was created specifically for them. Well, let’s wish the newcomers of «Mashinka» to be more active and bolder, because student years can be a wonderful time, and it depends only on us how we spend them.
