The Department of Civil Engineering and Construction held a scientific conference dedicated to the problems of construction in Ukraine

On April 28, in room 530, the Department of Civil Engineering and Construction held a scientific and practical conference dedicated to the problems of construction in Ukraine. As part of the conference, students were given the opportunity to make scientific and research reports on various topics related to the construction industry. Surprisingly, the main topic of the conference was the problem of using energy-saving technologies and materials, new foreign energy-efficient solutions, as well as the use of alternative energy sources. In recent years, these topics have gained particular popularity and relevance due to constant changes in prices and tariffs for fuel and energy resources.

The students demonstrated excellent awareness of these issues, comprehensively revealing and highlighting existing problems and offering various options for their solutions. The structural integrity and balanced presentation of the prepared material, the demonstrated informative and effective computer presentations, as well as the ability to work with the public, show the high and constantly progressing level of knowledge of the students of the Department of BVUP.

It is worth noting separately the composition of the teachers of the Department of BVUP, who were present and participated in the scientific conference. After the end of many reports, the teachers often supplemented them with various new and interesting facts, offered a different point of view on the problem being discussed or more fully disclosed the existing one.

This scientific and practical conference is an excellent opportunity for each of the students to acquire the experience necessary for further scientific activity in developing scientific articles and reports, the ability to present the prepared material in a structured and comprehensive manner, and also to acquire the necessary skills of speaking in front of an audience.
