IV International Technical Conference «Advanced Information Technologies Delcam in Education and Scientific Research»
From June 12 to 14, 2013, the Main Educational Center ZNTU-Delcam and Delcam Plc. held the IV International Technical Conference «Advanced Information Technologies Delcam in Education and Scientific Research». The co-organizer was Poltava National Technical University named after Yu. Kondratyuk, on the basis of which the conference was held. Great support in the organization and holding of the conference was provided by such enterprises as JSC «Motor Sich», SE «Ivchenko-Progress», PJSC Poltava Machine-Building Plant, LLC CAD Center.
The main task of the conference was to consolidate universities to improve the level of training of specialists in the field of advanced information technologies. Reports were heard from representatives of universities and enterprises, scientific approaches to creating new design and technological solutions in various areas using Delcam software were discussed. The main attention at the conference was paid to the issues of implementing Delcam information technologies in the educational process, training of specialists, scientific achievements that were obtained when using Delcam software, as well as new capabilities of the systems.
