Innovative project «Center of the Future: Golden Personnel Reserve of the Nation»

With the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the Kyiv City State Administration, the innovative project «Center of the Future: Golden Personnel Reserve of the Nation» is being implemented, the purpose of which is to form and develop the intellectual capital market of Ukraine, to unite the efforts of state authorities, business and the public sector for the intellectual development of youth and the development of the economy of our state. The project partner is the all-Ukrainian youth public organization «Ukrainian Student Union».

Over the two years of the Project’s implementation, a base of talented youth has been formed – students of higher educational institutions of Kyiv and students of Kyiv schools. Today, 2,453 people are part of the Golden Personnel Reserve.

The goal of further implementation of the project is to continue forming a base in each region of Ukraine. It is planned to conduct testing by category to identify the knowledge of representatives, interviews, assistance in employment, as well as create a Virtual Academy – an educational online resource that will help young people gain knowledge for free.

What is the Center of the Future in Ukraine?

The Center of the Future – is:

• «BANK OF IDEAS» – the opportunity to gain access to progressive, unique and practically valuable information;
• «BANK OF TALENTS» – the opportunity to identify, find, and attract talented youth capable of achieving high results;
• «DEVELOPMENT CENTER» – development of practical knowledge and skills of project participants (providing training programs, necessary information, research results, scientific data, etc.);
• «INNOVATION EXCHANGE» – the opportunity to implement the intellectual products of project participants by attracting investments.

Centers of the future around the world are effective tools for enabling people to work more effectively, meeting current and future challenges. Centers of the future have shown that they add real value in solving complex and practical issues in such diverse areas as economic development, services, innovations, spatial planning and urban reconstruction, transport and water management, energy, education, consumer electronics, banking.

Modern young people tend to strive for success and career building, further promotion and professional growth. There are organizations in the world for which this is a mission. The Center for the Future is such an organization.

Centers for the Future around the world are a tool for updating, distributing and growing intellectual capital, which comes in the form of scientific knowledge, information and technological product of the nation. This – a meeting place for gifted, purposeful people, a kind of springboard for identifying opportunities and launching new initiatives and projects, a generator of talents and interesting ideas, a completely new space for using intellectual potential.
