Stage II of the All-Ukrainian Programming Olympiad
On September 13-14, the Stage II of the All-Ukrainian Programming Olympiad took place, which is also the quarter-final of the International Student Programming Olympiad ICPC. More than three hundred student and pupil teams had the opportunity to compete and determine the best. simultaneously in six cities of Ukraine. The competitions in the Southern region (Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Odesa regions) were held at the Admiral Makarov National Shipbuilding University in Mykolaiv.
The teams of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University won the right to participate in the Stage II of the competition. ZNTU_Question_Mark (Basanets M.I., Didenko A.E., Kamensky D.V.), ZNTU_Deja_vu (Solohubov I.Ya., Polyanovsky A.O., Terletsky S.V.), ZNTU_CoRe (Kozlov V.V., Sudakov V.V., Berezhny O.Yu.) and the team of the College of Radio Electronics of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University cZCR_Binary_Code (Baranova O.A., Peretyatyi V.O., Andryushyn A.O.) under the guidance of trainers Deynega L.Yu. and Kaminskaya Zh.K., lecturers of the Department of Software. The tasks were very difficult, their solution required the application of knowledge in mathematics, logic and, of course, programming, and relevant experience.
According to the results of the II stage, the ZNTU_Question_Mark team (Basanets M.I., Didenko A.E., Kamensky D.V.) took 2nd place and advanced to the finals of the All-Ukrainian Programming Olympiad, which is the semi-final of the world!
