How journalists ruled at Olympia!
On November 29, 2017, a grand event took place in the ZNTU assembly hall – a concert for Journalism Week. It was extraordinary. Before talking about how journalists have fun, let’s say that before the start of the holiday, the most active students were awarded. Awarded for acting skills, participation in helping the department, academic success and participation in scientific conferences and photo contests.
And yes, it was on Olympus. Every year, among the gods, the most anticipated and fashionable «party» takes place, which is organized by the god of revelry and eternal rest, Dionysius. In this year, he was needed by the Supreme God – Zeus; Zeus and Hera celebrated 100 years together. It is clear that the holiday should be appropriate, at the height, without sparing anything. And so it was.
At the party of the gods, there were many talents who were able not only to entertain the audience, but also to surprise and enchant them. Before that, we talked about university-wide talents that still need to be searched. And now, I want to tell you with confidence, half of these talents are definitely concentrated in the department of journalism. What are the voices here. You definitely haven’t heard such muses before. It is nice when events of this scale (I mean the party of the gods) do not forget about the eternal, the song «People like ships» touched everyone’s heart, looked into the souls of the audience and made everyone think about everything done and not done.
More than one story line developed on the stage, several love stories were created here, which were at least pleasant to watch. Every supernatural feeling was successfully emphasized by poetry, songs, and dances. The hall supported the artists as best it could. Thunderous applause, gentle sighs, enchanted looks – what so many people worked to create such an event. Like all good stories, the story of the supreme gods’ wedding anniversary ended on a happy note.
We express our gratitude to the organizer of the holiday, Iryna Yuriivna Tonkih, and her entire creative team. We wish you creative ups and downs, bursts of imagination, new ideas, thousands of audiences and just a good mood. We are waiting for new invitations to concerts.
