How to properly apply for subsidies?
On October 29, at 1:30 p.m., a meeting was held in auditorium 253 on the topic of «How to properly apply for subsidies.» The presentation was presented by the deputy head of the campus, Vadym Keda.
Many students from different faculties came to the meeting, most of whom, of course, from dormitories. Representatives of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Zaporizhzhia City Council for the Zhovtnevyi district also participated in the presentation.
During the meeting, it was strongly emphasized that students apply for subsidies to reimburse the costs of paying for housing and communal services. The subsidy is assigned in the amount of social standards for the use of the relevant housing and communal services. Students who study full-time at higher education institutions of 1-4 accreditation levels or vocational and technical educational institutions and live in dormitories during their studies are eligible to apply for a housing subsidy.
The meeting also decided that in mid-November, field meetings would be held at dormitories so that students could prepare the necessary documents and hand them over to professionals. Required documents for the grant:
- Application in the prescribed form.
- Declaration of income and property status of the person registered in the dormitory.
- Certificates of income (scholarship, survivor’s pension, income from a land share, etc.) for the previous 6 months preceding the month of application.
- Certificate of family composition and amount of payments for housing and communal services in the dormitory.
