And again humor, and again a portion of positive emotions from funny and clever people
At the end of the blooming spring, all the students were eagerly waiting for the final of the fun and clever game for the rector’s cup of ZNTU. On May 26, this event finally came and we watched this game with great pleasure. The best of the best, the teams «Knights of humor», «Transformers», «Head does not hurt», «Thoughts out loud» and the team with a penalty asset of minus 3 points – «Sbornaya ETF» made it to the finals. What did we expect from the most talented teams? Of course, high-quality and relevant humor on the given topic – the Euro season.
As always, the game started with the first contest «Greetings», in which all the teams showed off their prepared miniatures and jokes. In this competition, the team «Transformers» received the most points, and the audience in the hall fully agreed with this, because during their performance, laughter and applause did not stop. Next was the «Warm Up» competition, in which, as always, the jury members asked questions on free topics to the participants. The teams had only 30 seconds to answer in a funny way, for which they received points. In this competition, the preference of the jury was in the direction of the «Transformers» team. The third «Biathlon» competition showed how funny the teams prepared short jokes on various topics. The jury hesitated for a long time in awarding points, so it repeatedly assigned «penalty circles» for teams. And in this competition, the victory undoubtedly went to the «Transformers» team. The fourth competition, called «Homework», showcased the teams’ pre-prepared videos or productions in the form of «STEM». It was really funny, and all the participants prepared well, which was appreciated by the jury, the audience, and the host. The final contest, which was supposed to arrange all the places and reveal the winner – «Video Contest». The «Head does not hurt» team filmed a video really close to every student, which can be called «Horrors of the session. How to graduate from university and stay alive.» The next team of Sbornaya ETF conducted a social survey on various topics, where the respondents were young people. The «Thoughts Out Loud» team surprised viewers with a video about a really cool girl who will always come to the rescue like a superhero – TUPOGIRL. The «Transformers» team showed a noteworthy video about the difficult life of their team. The team «Knights of Humor» rightfully received the most points for this competition, which showed what it would be like if there was advertising in the Middle Ages.
According to the general results, at the end of the game, the jury already had its vision for the distribution of prizes, but first the team that received the «Audience Award» was announced on stage. Although the team of RP «Duchess» could not make it to the finals, according to the audience, it became the best this season. The team «Think Aloud» took the third place of honor and received a cup and a monetary reward of 2,000 hryvnias from the jury, for which we congratulate them. The second place, with an asset of 14.8 points, was won by the «Knights of Humor» team, which also received a cup and a monetary reward of 3,000 hryvnias. The winners of the KVN final for the rector’s cup of ZNTU were the «Transformers» team. Last year, she already became an absolute winner, and this season was no exception. We sincerely congratulate this team on their well-deserved victory and wish them even more inspiration, positivity and the right mood for new and unique jokes.
