Dormitory No. 4 is successfully preparing for occupancy

August is already halfway through, which means that there is very little left until the end of summer. So, the new academic year will begin soon, and the dormitories of our university, with the support of the trade union committee of ZNTU students, are successfully completing preparations for the arrival of residents.

In particular, serious renovation work was carried out in dormitory No. 4. The staircase was renovated: the walls and ceiling were painted from the first to the fourth floor, and the garbage chute was repaired. On the second floor of the third and fourth blocks, double-glazed windows were installed near the elevator on the stairs. In the first and second blocks, from the first to the ninth floor, the garbage chute was also repaired, the railings and baseboards were painted. A smoking room was equipped on the eighth floor of the third block. A drying room has been renovated on the second floor of the third block.

In the near future, it is planned to replace the water supply from the third to the sixth floors of the third block so that residents can use cold and hot water without problems. On the fifth floor of the third block, two bathrooms will be renovated: tiles will be laid, a partition will be made and two toilets will be installed. Similar changes will also take place on the fourth floor of the first block: the water supply will also be replaced there, the sewage system and bathrooms will be repaired.

So far, the repairs are ongoing and quite successful. We hope that very soon Dormitory No. 4 will pleasantly surprise former and new residents with its amenities and comfort!
