CIDECS Center
The third competition of the Ministry of Education and Science for young scientists has begun, for which 23 million hryvnias are provided

Project that submitted for the competition must have a duration of implementation of up to 36 months. Its supervisor must be either a candidate of sciences under the age of 35, or a doctoral candidate (Doctor of Sciences) under the age of 40. The maximum age of project executors is 35 years. In total, within the framework of our competition for the work of young scientists, the draft State Budget for 2019 provides for 75.7 million hryvnias.

For work in the field of natural, technical and socio-humanitarian sciences, the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine annually (in February) awards fourteen prizes for young scientists and fourteen prizes for students of higher educational institutions. Prizes are awarded to individual authors or a team of authors for the best scientific papers, as well as for series of scientific papers on a single topic, for discoveries and inventions.
The State Fund for Basic Research announces the F-84 competition for grants of the President of Ukraine to doctors of sciences for conducting scientific research in 2019

Calls are invited for funding for a 3.5 year studentship under the supervision of Professor Marcus Craft. The successful applicant will be based in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology in Cambridge, UK, for the first year of the project. University of Bolton Masters (Taught) Excellence Scholarship in UK 2018-2019

In order to enhance the student experience at the University of Ottawa and provide valuable international experience, each year the Faculty of Engineering will award up to 60 scholarships to support approved international activities (e.g., internships or visiting terms at foreign corporations, universities, institutions) on a competitive basis. The value of each scholarship will be up to $6,000, with the exact amount depending on the significance and needs of the proposed activities.
