Second International Seminar CMIS-2019
The Department of Software of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University hosted the Second International Seminar «Computer Modeling and Intelligent Systems» (CMIS-2019) from April 15 to 19, 2019, following which, for the first time in the history of the university, a collection of scientific papers was published in Germany free of charge, which will be indexed in the scientometric databases Scopus and DBLP.
The event was facilitated by the international project «Innovative Multidisciplinary Curriculum in Artificial Implants for Bio-Engineering BSc/MSc Degrees» (BIOART) of the Erasmus+ program of the European Union (Ref. No. 586114-EPP-1-2017-1-ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP).
Scientists from leading universities in Austria, Belarus, Belgium, China, the Czech Republic, Germany, India, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Ukraine participated in the seminar, writing and reviewing articles. A total of 130 articles were received, of which 81 articles were accepted for publication based on the results of the review (the share of accepted works – 62%). 294 reviews were received (on average – 2.3 reviews per article).
On the part of the NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» the program and organizational committees included: Head of Department of Software S.O. Subbotin, Professor of Software G.V. Tabunshchyk, Associate Professor of Software A.V. Parkhomenko.
