Experience of participation of teachers of the Department of Software in International Days
The Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) together with the Thomas More University College held International Days from March 18 to 22, the program of which consisted of lectures, sessions and seminars with the participation of teachers from Ukraine, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, Singapore, Greece, Malta, Spain, Slovakia, etc. The main goal of the events is «internationalization at home», which provides students with the opportunity to listen to lectures by teachers from all over the world.
This year, teachers of the Department of Software (Dr. of Technical Sciences, Prof. S.O. Subbotin, Ph.D., Associate Professor G.V. Tabunshchyk, Ph.D., Associate Professor A.V. Parkhomenko) with the support of the Erasmus+ KA1 program (https://old.zp.edu.ua/akademichna-mobilnist) had the opportunity to give lectures on the De Nayer and Gil campuses ( https://www.thomasmore.be/en/agenda/15th-thomas-more-international-days , https://iiw.kuleuven.be/denayer/international-days/international-days-2019 ).
In addition to the lectures, meetings were held with the leadership of European partner educational institutions on the further development of cooperation and the development of a joint curriculum «Applied Artificial Intelligence» with Thomas More University College.
Today, three ZNTU students who were active participants in the International Week events are studying at the De Najera campus (Belgium). These are a student of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Gurina L.O. (M-114m) and a student of the Faculty of Engineering and Physics Molochkov D.E. (IF-314m), who study at the Catholic University of Leuven, as well as a student of the Faculty of Computer Science and Technology Bezugla G.M. (gr. KNT-217), who studies at Thomas More University College.
