Achievements in student research work for the 2011/2012 academic year

The departments and the gifted youth sector worked actively and fruitfully to involve students in scientific work.

It is necessary to note the high activity of students in university-level events: the university competition for the best student scientific work, Olympiads in subjects and specialties, scientific and practical conferences: the Interuniversity Student Conference for the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language «Actual Problems of Ukrainian Linguistics in the Context of Intercultural Communication», the University Student Scientific and Practical Conference «Week of Science».

Students of Zaporizhzhia National Technical University achieved significant results in the second stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works and in Olympiads in subjects and specialties.The All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the specialty «Restoration and Increasing the Wear Resistance of Parts and structures».

The individual work of teachers, researchers with students is noted for fruitful results. Considerable attention to the implementation of scientific and technological research activities during the academic year was paid by the deans of the faculties. All activities with the scientific research were aimed at improving the level of training of specialists and masters.
