Attention students with special needs!

In connection with the preparation for the celebration of the International Day of Disabled Persons, Zaporizhzhia National Technical University is carrying out a set of measures to update the documents of relevant students of budgetary and contract forms of education. Based on the results of collecting copies of personal documents, lists of students who will receive material support within the framework of the city program of social protection of the population, etc. will be formed.

In accordance with the above, we ask you to submit in advance sets of documents (in 3 copies) certifying the right to benefits during study. Such documents are:

1. copy of passport
2. copy of code
3. copy of pension certificate
4. copy of MSEK (VKK) examination certificate
5. comprehensive rehabilitation program
6. registration card of a student of a preferential category (filled out in room 405)

To submit these documents, the following steps must be performed:

1. The student submits prepared copies of personal documents together with their originals to the legal department (rooms No. 2.16 (2.17), building 7 of ZNTU) for their further certification. For students of the budget form of education, based on their documents, the specialists of the legal department prepare a conclusion on obtaining the right to benefits during their studies.

2. Certified personal documents and the CONCLUSION of the legal department must be submitted to room 405 (IV floor of the main building of the university).

3. Write an application with a request to provide state benefits in room 405 and fill out the registration card of a student of a preferential category (IV floor of the main building of the university).

Attention – sets of documents must be prepared in 3 copies for their further storage and use in the legal department, the student trade union committee and the scholarship department of accounting.
