This will make it possible to take into account the necessary needs of scientists and researchers for the creation of the National Electronic Scientific Information System. Such a system will allow combining disparate data obtained from various sources, compiling scientific reports, evaluating the effectiveness of the scientific activity of the institution, creating profiles of scientific institutions and scientists, developing a research network, etc.
