We invite you to study in new areas of training of Zaporizhzhia National Technical University at the Department of Construction Production and Project Management:

• 8.06010101 – «Industrial and Civil Construction» (Master of Construction).

The development of market relations in the construction industry, in the industrial, machine-building and agricultural sectors of the economy of Ukraine, international integration and the gradual transition of the state to world standards require the preparation of a new formation of highly qualified specialists in the construction industry.

The construction industry as a whole is experiencing a gradual increase in the volume of orders and production. The general trend is an increase in the proportion of new industrial and civil construction, as well as reconstruction in the Zaporizhzhia region, which is associated with the re-equipment of the leading industrial enterprises of the region and the urgent need to redevelop many existing buildings and structures, the construction of public and civil facilities that perform representative functions or are intended to provide services to various categories of users.

Scope of professional activity:

• supervisory activities in the field of construction;
• capital construction management;
• construction of buildings and structures;
• design of buildings and structures;
• design and estimate activities;
• technical operation of buildings and structures;
• construction and operation of engineering networks.

Construction specialists hold the following positions (according to DK 003:2010):

• 1223 Heads of production units in construction;
• 1223.2 Heads (other managers) and foremen of sections (subdivisions) in construction;
• 1313 Heads of small enterprises without a management apparatus in construction;
• 1476 Managers (managers) in architecture and construction;
• 1471 Managers (managers) in real estate operations;
• 1491 Managers (managers) in housing and communal services;
• 214 Professionals in architecture and engineering;
• 2142 Professionals in civil engineering.
