«Computer Logic Group» together with the Department of Construction Production and Project Management expand the boundaries of the project «Building the Future Together»!

Software complexes «Computer Logic Group» (http://cl.com.ua) and the department of BVUP highlight the All-Ukrainian project for educational institutions and students «Building the future together» (http://bmr.cl.com.ua). The purpose of the project is to convey to students the importance and value of knowledge of modern support of estimating business and pricing in the practical activities of enterprises and organizations of the real sector, as well as the use of current regulatory documents in construction and industry.

In the course of close cooperation of the department of construction production and project management with «Computer Logic Group» (which is a leading developer of computer support in the construction industry), modern software complexes in the construction industry are being introduced for the first time at ZNTU, such as:

• PC «Building Technologies – Estimates» (http://cl.com.ua/products/) version 7.9.x is a professional software product for automating the calculation and checking of the estimated cost of design and research works in accordance with the requirements of DSTU B D.1.1-7: 2013 «Rules for determining the cost of design and research works and examination of project documentation for construction». The program supports the calculation of estimate documentation in accordance with the requirements of DBN D.1.1-1-2000, which allows not to recalculate the estimate documentation developed and approved as part of the project in the established order, in connection with the introduction of national pricing standards from 01.01.2014, and to use it for planning capital investments, financing construction, conducting procurement procedures, as well as for mutual settlements for completed works in accordance with the letter Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine dated December 11, 2013 No. 7 / 15-19498.
• «BUDSTANDART» information reference system (http://budstandart.com) is an electronic library of normative, legislative and reference documents in the field of construction and construction materials industry (DBN, DSTU, GOST, VBN, sanitary rules and regulations, fire safety rules, labor protection, technological maps, etc.).

IDS «BUDSTANDART» was developed under a cooperation agreement with the State Enterprise «Ukrakhbudinform» on the basis of which the «Fund of regulatory documents in the field of urban planning, construction and construction materials industry» was created by order of the State Building of Ukraine dated October 10, 2002 No. 58.

In October 2014, the Computer Logic Group company presented an innovative project – an Internet service for working with normative documents of the construction industry BUDSTANDART Online (http://online.budstandart.com). This project was developed with the aim of qualitatively providing enterprises of the construction industry of Ukraine with regulatory and technical documentation in the field of design, construction, labor protection, fire safety, energy and ecology. A total of over 25,000 regulatory documents, which are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day from any device connected to the Internet, including tablet or smartphone running Android OS.

These modern software complexes are installed in the classrooms of the BVUP department where students learn how to develop estimate documentation and work with an electronic library. Anyone can familiarize themselves with the program complexes in the ZNTU library.
