Laboratory Facilities at Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University
Within the ALIOT project, a MY HOME training testbed has been created at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University to study Internet of Things technologies and home automation systems.
The training testbed is located in the Laboratory of Embedded Systems and Remote Engineering of the Software Tools Department. It is used to study the operation of modern European home automation equipment, examine the connection of sensors and actuators, as well as develop software for controlling Smart Building systems.
Within the project, a basic set of Legrand equipment for building automation was purchased, including equipment for lighting and blinds control, zonal temperature control, a basic gateway for remote control, configuration, programming, and development of complex scenarios.
