  • Molecular dynamics modeling of the interaction of accelerated atomic particles with single- and multi-component free and surface nanoclusters, solid-state and organic surfaces, fullerenes and endofullerenes;

  • methods of accelerated dynamics in modeling the mechanisms of thermally activated diffusion;

  • methods of artificial intelligence (neural networks) in the tasks of reconstructing the concentration profile of an impurity during ionic layer-by-layer analysis, as well as for building interatomic interaction potentials;

  • modeling of ion mixing, sputtering, radiation-accelerated diffusion, deposition of thin films, etc.
