training of specialists capable of solving complex specialized tasks and applied problems, characterized by complexity and certain uncertainty of conditions, in professional activities in the field of finance, banking, insurance and the stock market and in the process of learning, which results in the training of proactive specialists for all areas of the financial system with a new, creative way of thinking, capable not only of effectively applying the acquired professional skills, but also of constantly self-developing and mastering new skills, increasing their ability to quickly adapt to changes.
Teaching and Assessment
The teaching of educational components in the program is built on the principles of student-centered learning, using elements of self-study, problem-based learning, and learning through practice. Approaches to teaching and learning: – intensive nature (students are actively involved in the educational process through discussions, solving practical cases, meetings of the scientific student circle, participation in Olympiads);
– practical orientation (passing internships, involvement in market research to solve the needs of local business, research in the banking sector, participation in scientific and practical conferences);
– use of innovative technologies (distance learning in the Moodle system, interactive classroom, electronic textbooks, multimedia technologies for lectures and practical classes, information software products for analysis and research, and development of digital skills). Lectures are combined with practical classes, working meetings with specialists in the field of finance, banking and insurance, heads of enterprises, presentations of completed tasks. Distance learning, self-study are practiced. Independent work based on textbooks and notes, electronic educational resources, which are placed in the repository of the library of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University. Consultations by teachers.
Evaluation of academic achievements of higher education applicants is carried out on a 100-point scale or on a two-point scale (graded-ungraded). Assessment tools: testing, surveys, tests, written exams, tests, differentiated tests, practice report. Positive grades for all forms of control are grades from 60 to 100 points. Certification is carried out in the form of a comprehensive qualification exam.
Resource Provision
All scientific and pedagogical workers involved in the implementation of the educational program have a scientific degree and/or academic title and a confirmed level of scientific and professional activity that meets the requirements of the Licensing Conditions for Educational Activities. All scientific and pedagogical staff have indicators of academic and professional qualifications in accordance with the discipline they teach.
The educational process uses classrooms, a computer laboratory, a library, the fund of which is formed in accordance with the needs of the educational process. Higher education students and teachers also have reading rooms, a subscription and copying equipment. All university classrooms have access to open Wi-Fi and the Internet. All necessary social and household infrastructure is available, the number of places in dormitories meets the requirements

Attestation
The certification of applicants for the Bachelor’s degree of the educational and professional program «Finance and Credit» of the specialty D2 «Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market» is carried out in the form of a certification exam – a comprehensive qualification exam in the specialty (in the mandatory disciplines specified by this educational program).
The comprehensive qualification exam in the specialty is held at the end of the 8th semester in written form by means of a test test of knowledge and solving analytical problems. The certification exam involves assessing the learning outcomes specified by this educational program.
The certification and award of the Bachelor of Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market qualification is carried out by the Examination Commission, the composition of which is determined by the order of the rector.
On the basis of the decision of the Examination Commission, the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University awards a person who has demonstrated compliance of the results of his studies with the requirements of the educational program «Finance and Credit» with a Bachelor’s degree and issues a Bachelor’s diploma
