Information on the entry of foreigners and stateless persons

We inform you about the new rules for the entry of foreigners and stateless persons in 2025.

According to Resolution No. 758 of 06/28/2024, the entrant must personally create an electronic account of the entrant in the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine for foreigners and stateless persons who wish to study in institutions of professional (vocational-technical), professional pre-higher, higher education of Ukraine. For this, the entrant must register in the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine.

Issuance of an electronic invitation, arrival in Ukraine, admission takes place exclusively using the “Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine”, which is located at the link:

In the Unified system, it is possible to submit an application to several universities, the cost of one application is UAH 3,100 (paid by the applicant himself when completing the application).

Documents about the obtained education (certificate, supplement to the certificate; bachelor’s diploma, supplement to the bachelor’s diploma; master’s degree, supplement to the master’s diploma, academic certificate) must have an Apostille stamp or Consular legalization (depending on the country of origin of the document).

***Documents on education that do not have an APOSTILLE stamp or consular legalisation (depending on the country of origin of the document) will not be accepted for consideration, and the fee of 3,100 UAH for the paid application will not be refunded!

All documents submitted during the application process must be translated into Ukrainian!

If the original document is written in English, a translation into Ukrainian is not required when completing the application.

The validity period of the Electronic invitation is 6 months
(At the time of enrollment, the Electronic invitation must be valid).

It takes at least 2 weeks to complete the entire registration, document verification and invitation process.

***In the Unified system, there is NO urgent processing of the application and urgent processing of the Electronic invitation.
