Effective financial management together with experts from “STARTUP with Zaporizhia Polytechnic University”

On March 17, the third open webinar was held as part of the Business Ideas Competition “STARTUP with Zaporizhia Polytechnic”, where the President of the Investhub Club Oles Varenyk and the co-founder and CEO of Justo Oleksandr Rzhavsky shared their experience on important aspects of managing finances in startups.

The participants learned:
– what is important in communicating with investors
– how to structure a business model, plan and get net profit using unit economics tools
– what are the key roles in a startup team and is it possible to launch a startup without a team

The webinar was accompanied by lively interest and active discussion. Mr. Oleksandr Rzhavsky, as an entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in the field of digital products, operational management and business development, discussed business ideas with the participants, answered all questions and shared his experiences for effective financial management.
