The Ministry of Education has asked the heads of higher education institutions to provide proposals for the volume of admission under the state order for 2012.
This is stated in a letter from the relevant department addressed to the heads of higher education institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Education.
When forming proposals by higher education institutions for the volume of admission under the state order for the educational and qualification levels of junior specialist and bachelor, the ministry asks to take into account the projected regional number of primary and high school graduates.
«In this regard, and also in order to bringing into line with regional markets of educational services and labor markets, we ask that the project indicators of the volume of admission to study and graduation of specialists in 2012 be agreed with the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations and regional employment centers,» the Ministry of Education said in a letter.
The Ministry of Education notes that the placement of state orders by areas (specialties), as in previous years, will be carried out taking into account the profile of the higher educational institution.
«Proposals regarding the volume of state orders for the direction »Law« will be considered for law academies and classical universities, for the direction »Enterprise Economics« – for economic, classical and technical universities, for the direction »Finance and Credit« – for economic and classical universities, for the direction »Accounting and Audit« – for economic, classical and technical universities,» the Ministry of Education said in a letter. letters from the relevant ministry.
«Proposals for the volume of state orders by the Ministry will be taken into account for areas where the admission in 2011 was at least 15 places, at the same time, proposals for state orders with a volume of less than 15 places will be taken into account only for the areas of knowledge »Physical Education, Sports and Human Health« and »Art”, – the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Sports notes.
The ministry also reported that proposals for the volume of admission under the state order for studies to obtain a bachelor’s educational qualification level in higher educational institutions of I-II accreditation levels will not be considered.
Proposals for the volume of admission under the state order in 2012 must be sent to the ministry no later than February 1.
