Remembering the past, let’s defend the future!

Dear colleagues! Please accept our sincere congratulations on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation (May 8) and the Day of Victory over Nazism in World War II (May 9).

These memorable dates remind us of the hardships of war and the tragedy of people (because war is always a tragedy) and, at the same time, emphasize the main value – human life. After all, the nobility of actions does not depend on citizenship and nationality. Confirmation of this – our turbulent present. We admire the steadfastness and courage of the heroes who defend the integrity of our country from the enemy on the Eastern Front.

Our and the new generation will always respectfully bow to those who gave their lives for freedom and peace on their native land, the feat of veterans-front-line soldiers, home front workers and those who rebuilt the destroyed country in the post-war years will forever live in our hearts. We pay tribute to the memory of the victims of deportations and persecutions and honor the victory of all those who resisted the terrible evil of the last century – fascism. And among these brave people there were many educators who joined the struggle, realizing the historical responsibility and great risk of their act. It is the fate of the current generation to stop the spread of Russian Nazism (racism) in the east of Ukraine, the military aggression of the Russian Federation against our state, the occupation and illegal annexation of Crimea… Eternal memory to the liberators. Glory to the heroes!

A bow to you, dear veterans – creators of the history of the heroic past. Your feat, victories and courage – is an example of valor and selfless service to your people, which inspires the younger generation to defend Ukraine from an external aggressor. For us, descendants, you – the personification of honor and dignity, high patriotism.

We wish peace, harmony, well-being and prosperity to our country and every Ukrainian family, faith in the bright future of our state and the educational sector, encouragement, optimism and self-confidence, successful work to bring good dreams and hopes to life!
