Festival of children’s creativity «Paths of the native land»
On October 30, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University hospitably hosted young artists and teachers of Zaporizhzhia at the festival of decorative, applied and visual arts «Paths of the native land», which this year was held under the theme «Amulets of my family».
Talented children and teenagers from 10 to 18 years of age took part, who presented their original works in various techniques: from painting, embroidery, origami and decorative painting to sculpture and soft toys.
During the festival, exciting master classes were also held for children, where young participants had the opportunity to create colorful patterns from LEGO bricks and draw themed pictures, embodying their creative ideas and fantasies.
Provost Andriy Ivanchenko wished the creative youth inspiration and invited them to develop their skills at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic.
The participants were greeted by representatives of the Department of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhia City Council: first deputy director of the Department of Education and Science of the ZMR Vitaliy Lysenko, head of the department of extracurricular education, educational work and national patriotic education of the Department of Education and Science Tetyana Galchanska, director of the out-of-school education institution «Communary District Center of Youth and Schoolchildren» of the ZMR Mykhailo Khvastyk, as well as a volunteer, head of the NGO «Zaporizhzhia Beaches» by Olena Shevchuk.
