Meeting of the Rector of the Polytechnic University with the Champion of the XXII World Summer Universiade

On December 16, the rector of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University Viktor Greshta personally congratulated the student of UFKS-413 Maxim Manenkov on winning the gold medal of the XXII World Summer Universiade. 

Maxim won this prestigious award for the first time in the history of Ukraine. This added to the numerous list of his achievements:
– Master of Sports of Ukraine of international class in taekwondo
– Champion of the XXII World Summer Universiade (Essen, Germany), bronze medalist of the WTF European Taekwondo Championship (Egl, Switzerland), 5th place at the WTF World Taekwondo Championship (Wuxi, China)
– The Zaporizhzhia Regional Branch of the NOC of Ukraine recognized Maksym as the best athlete of the Zaporizhzhia region three times according to the results of March, July and November 2025
– During the 2025 sports year, Maksym Manenkov became the winner and prize-winner of 3 international tournaments, such as “Dutch Open”, “Austrian Open”, “Thessaloniki Open”
