Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic in the Professional Development Program of Academic Managers

The team of NU “Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic” participated in the third module of the Professional Development Program for Academic Managers on the topic “Personnel Management”. The training module was aimed at developing key managerial competencies in the field of human resources management.

Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic University was represented by: Vice-Rector Andriy Ivanchenko, Director of the Training Center “Education for Business and Career” Anastasia Zerkal, Director of the Training and Scientific Center “Zaporizhzhya Regional Center of Polytechnic Education” Tetyana Solovyova, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports Management Svitlana Kokareva and Deputy Head of the Training Department Volodymyr Vasylevsky.

The module program covered a variety of topics:
— professional development and assessment of employees
— formation of an inclusive educational environment and ensuring well-being at the university
— effective models of motivation and increasing staff involvement
— familiarization with international experience in higher education management
— development of solutions aimed at improving personnel policy in HEIs

The final stage was the discussion of the results and joint implementation of practical tasks.

The professional development program for academic managers is implemented at the initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine within the framework of the project “Improving Higher Education in Ukraine for Results”, which is implemented with the support of the World Bank and the British Council.
