Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University organized training from specialists of the Israeli Trauma Coalition for doctors and psychologists of the Dnipro Regional Psychiatric Hospital
The Psychological Service of the National University “Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic” is expanding the horizons of its activities.
From September 9 to 23, the Psychological Service of the Polytechnic organized training from specialists of the Israeli Coalition for Trauma for doctors and psychologists of the Dnipro Regional Psychiatric Hospital.
Our speakers are clinical psychologist, expert in crisis psychology of the Israeli Coalition for Trauma Olena Krasulya and clinical psychologist, cognitive-behavioral therapist, psychotherapist-addiction specialist, crisis psychologist, international expert in crisis psychology at ITC, head of the training center and emotional health clinic “SOD” Israel Igor Mishunin — helped hospital specialists master psychological first aid protocols.
The training was aimed at increasing the level of resilience of healthcare workers, as well as developing their skills in providing psychological first aid. Participants learned more about the following aspects:
– the phenomenon of resilience
– rules and principles of providing psychological first aid
– Israeli protocols for providing psychological first aid
