The visit of the special correspondent of the Swedish publication Dagens Nyheter, Sanna Bjorling, to the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic

Sanna Björling, a special correspondent for the leading Swedish publication Dagens Nyheter, recently visited Zaporizhia Polytechnic University.

She met with students, graduate students, and university staff, and spoke with First Vice-Rector Serhiy Shil and Associate Professor of the Department of Journalism Natalia Ostrovskaya. They talked about studying in a front-line city, recovery after shelling, the work of the journalism department and media education projects, as well as the experience of students and teachers who live every day in difficult conditions of war.

The purpose of Ms. Sanna’s visit is to see with her own eyes the realities of Zaporizhia and convey to the world a true picture of the resilience of our region and the indomitability of Ukrainians.
