Happy Independence Day of Ukraine!

The sovereignty and independence of Ukraine is not only a norm defined in the Constitution, but also a symbol of invincibility, engraved in the hearts of each of us. For the fourth time, we celebrate Independence Day to the sounds of war, but with unshakable faith: victory will definitely be ours. This freedom was paid for by the blood and courage of generations and today has become our common front. Ukraine has stood and will stand, because the strength of our independence lies in unity and love for our native land.

The war has touched each of us – it has burst into homes, classrooms, and everyday life. During this year, the buildings of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University have already suffered from Russian shelling twice. But despite the pain and losses, the university has not stopped. Together with students — strong, free youth — we are paving the way every day, step by step, to the state of the future, where freedom, faith, and the indomitable spirit of Ukrainians will surely prevail.

We are sincerely grateful to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, thanks to which students and employees of Zaporizhia Polytechnic, even in a front-line city, can celebrate the Independence Day of our state with pride and sincere joy.

We wish everyone unity, courage, and inspiration to continue the struggle in their chosen place.
