From idea to business: a meeting was held at the Startup School at Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University!

On February 12, a meeting was held at the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University, organized by the Startup School together with the Zaporizhia Cluster of the IAM. Participants learned how to turn an idea into a successful business.

The speaker was Ilya Novikov, a management and development consultant, a mentor at Diya-Business with 15 years of management experience.

His lecture “Startup School: From Idea to Business” combined theory and practical cases from real experience.

The central topic was finding a business idea and determining your own niche, as well as:
– testing the viability of the project
– avoiding typical mistakes at the start
– challenges of modern entrepreneurship and ways to overcome them

The open dialogue format allowed students to get answers to specific questions and practical advice from an experienced mentor. This was the first meeting at the Startup School at the Polytechnic, which marked the beginning of systematic work on the development of the university’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
