Participation of Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic scientists in the international conference IDAACS2025
From September 4 to 6, the 13th IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Data Acquisition and Advanced Computing Systems: Technology and Applications was held at the Silesian University of Technology (Gliwice, Poland): https://idaacs.net/2025
The conference was organized by representatives of the Silesian University of Technology in cooperation with Ukrainian partners: the Western Ukrainian National University in Ternopil and the V. M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In addition to scientists from Poland and Ukraine, the conference was attended by representatives of the USA, Japan, France, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Finland, Norway and Pakistan.
From the National University “Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic” the results of scientific research were presented by Professor of the Department of Software Galyna Tabunshchyk, Associate Professor of the Department of Machines and Foundry Technology Andriy Parkhomenko and Associate Professor of the Department of Software Anzhelika Parkhomenko:
- Agile Management of Uncertainties in International Consortium (Galyna Tabunshchyk; Peter Arras; Dirk van Merode; Carsten Wolff)
- Automated Object Identification System Based on Edge Computing for Industry 4.0 (Artem Tulenkov; Anzhelika Parkhomenko; Carsten Wolff; Iryna Zeleneva; Andriy Parkhomenko; Illia Parkhomenko)
- The Architecture of a Virtual Intelligent Energy System for Sustainable Traction Grids (Yulii Horichenko; Anzhelika Parkhomenko; Carsten Wolff)
- Research and Development of Design Models of Bit-Stream Fractional-Rational RealTime Computer (Oleksandr Vasyliev; Lina Larchenko; Anzhelika Parkhomenko; Bogdan Larchenko; Inna Philippenko; Anatolii Miroshnyk)
Our scientists joined the organization of the conference — they managed the work of the sections in offline and online modes:

– Workshop Cyber IoT 2025 (Galyna Tabunshchyk)
– Internet of Things and Industrial Internet (Anzhelika Parkhomenko)
In the online mode, representatives of Zaporizhia Polytechnic University gave the following reports:
– Evaluating the Reliability of Preference Ranking in Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (Victor Shkarupylo; Ravil Kudermetov; Olga Polska; Vadym Shkarupylo; Natalia Shcherbak)
– On Variation of Formal Specification Abstraction Level through Operation with TLA+ Concepts (Victor Shkarupylo; Vadym Shkarupylo; Valentyna Dusheba; Ravil Kudermetov; Olga Polska)
The conference participants also got acquainted with the history and traditions of the Polish region of Upper Silesia, visited the historical Guido mine in Zabrze and the restored facilities of the Queen Louise mine.
The conference in Gliwice provided a unique opportunity to establish new useful scientific contacts, strengthen existing cooperation and develop new areas of joint research.
