Students of Zaporizhia Polytechnic University took a look behind the scenes of Silpo's work

How does a large retail company work from the inside? What kind of team is involved in creating a service for thousands of guests every day? Polytechnic students learned this during a visit to Silpo.

They met the team and learned more about the corporate culture and opportunities for young professionals. And to make it more fun for the young people, a quiz about Silpo was held.

The students tried themselves as cashiers, practiced scanning products, and learned more about the intricacies of communicating with guests.

And the most delicious thing: a burger-making master class — participants were shown how to create dishes according to the company’s standards.

The event ended with a warm coffee break and informal communication, where students shared their impressions and asked questions to company representatives.

Such meetings are an opportunity to gain new experience and find inspiration to start their own career path!

The meeting was organized at the initiative of the Silpo company and with the support of the Center for Employment Assistance for Students and Graduates of Zaporizhia Polytechnic University.
