Employees of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic attended a training to improve coaching activities
Representatives of Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University attended a training for trainers, which was dedicated to meaningful work, exchange of experience, and professional growth. The event was organized by the NGO “Progressilny”.
The university team included Professor of the Department of Economics and Customs Andriy Karpenko and Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology Alena Stadnik.
During the training, participants took part in the following activities:
- working with topics for building effective training
- mastering modern facilitation methods
- studying practical cases and finding answers to complex questions of coaching
The “Living Library” became an effective location for the event – a space for short but in-depth meetings with experts who shared their knowledge on key topics.
