Extended meeting of student self-government of Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic

On September 4, an extended meeting of the student self-government of Zaporizhia Polytechnic University was held in the youth hub “FREETIME”.

Our active youth self-government annually holds this traditional event to better acquaint freshmen with the activities of students at the university, city, region and the whole country. The main areas of work were presented by the head of the student self-government, Sofia Stepanenko: international relations, volunteering and cooperation.

The students talked with representatives of various departments of the university. On September 4, the head of the student self-government, Elizaveta Potapenko, spoke about the work of the Image-groups student self-government department. The activities of the Center for Promoting Employment of Students, Postgraduate Students and Doctoral Students were highlighted by Svitlana Sadikova.

The Scientific Society of Students, Postgraduate Students, Doctoral Students, Young Scientists and Specialists of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University was presented by its chairman Serhiy Leoshchenko.

After the main part was over, the freshmen got to know their future friends better during informal communication. The beginning of something bigger is a simple exchange of thoughts and ideas. We are sure that very soon they will grow into ambitious projects capable of changing the world!
