Together we are developing the future of the Zaporizhia region!
On March 11, an important online meeting was held dedicated to organizing partnership cooperation with the Zaporizhia Regional Branch of the All-Ukrainian Association of United Territorial Communities and presenting the opportunities of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University.
With the joint efforts of educators and community representatives, we are working to preserve and grow the human and professional capital of the Zaporizhia region, as well as to ensure that graduates of schools in our region have a clear reference point for a professional start and high-quality higher education.
The event began with welcoming remarks by the head of the Zaporizhia Regional Branch of the All-Ukrainian Association of United Territorial Communities, Ihor Hnatush, and the rector of the National University “Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic” by Viktor Greshta. In 2023, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic signed a memorandum with the Zaporizhzhia regional branch of the Association of Local Governments “Association of United Territorial Communities”. Director of the Scientific and Educational Center “Zaporizhzhia Regional Center for Professional Education” Tetyana Solovyova presented modern educational programs of the Polytechnic, emphasizing the prospects that open up for students.
The Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee Volodymyr Vasylevskyi explained the admission rules in detail and drew attention to the specialties that have special state support.
Dean of the Faculty of Humanities Tetyana Khitrova talked about the advantages of studying at the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University, focused on the needs of the regional communities, demonstrated the practical results of cooperation between higher education institutions, local governments and businesses, shared the experience of international internships, dual education, participation in international projects and employment prospects.
Special attention was paid to working with students in grades 9 and 11, in particular, the participants discussed how to effectively inform young people about popular professions and study conditions.
Our synergy will allow to preserve human capital in the Zaporizhia region, and the territorial communities of our region to receive qualified specialists! Thank you to all participants for the constructive dialogue!
