Representatives of the Polytechnic University participated in a meeting on training personnel for the energy sector and the implementation of a dual form of education

January 21, First Vice-Rector Serhiy Shylo and Acting Director of the Zaporizhzhia Electrotechnical Vocational College Ruslan Koshelyuk took part in a working meeting on training personnel for the energy sector and the implementation of a dual form of education.

The meeting, which was held at the Zaporizhzhia Vocational College, was attended by the Director General of the Directorate of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Iryna Shumikh, Deputy Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration Lyudmila Bukharina, Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration Olena Kazannikova and Director of the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration Lyudmila Grabchylyeva, as well as representatives of specialized enterprises, educational institutions and structural divisions of the regional state administration.

The discussion of training personnel for the energy sector today is of critical importance for the entire country. The key issue of the meeting was the synchronization of educational programs with the real needs of the energy market.

Together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and leading employers in the region, we are building a system where a graduate of Zaporizhia Polytechnic is a trained specialist who is able to work on the reconstruction and development of the energy sector of Ukraine immediately after graduation.
