"Zaporizka Polytechnic" NU is the first institution in Ukraine that received official accreditation from the National Qualifications Agency for the assignment of the professional qualification: "Manager (manager) of a residential building (group of buildings)" (level 6 of the NRC)!

This is an important stage in the development of the professional qualifications system of Ukraine and a significant step forward in the field of housing management. For the first time, the standard of this profession has been approved at the state level, and the Qualification Center of the National University “Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic” has received the right to conduct assessment and award the appropriate qualification.

For whom is it important to confirm the qualification “Manager (manager) of a residential building (group of buildings)”?
– to heads and members of the board of condominiums who seek to officially confirm their status as a manager
– to current managers of residential complexes who want to legitimize their professional experience and competence
– to specialists who plan to start a career in real estate management and wish to obtain a state certificate valid throughout Ukraine

According to Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine “On Housing and Communal Services” services”, the manager of an apartment building (a legal entity or individual entrepreneur with whom the condominium association concludes an agreement) must meet the qualification requirements approved by the central executive body. The manager who provides the service must undergo professional certification. Obtaining the qualification “Manager (Manager) of a residential building (group of buildings)” is confirmation of this certification.

The Qualification Center of the National University “Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic” is an officially authorized structure that evaluates and recognizes learning outcomes obtained in formal, non-formal and informal education. In accordance with the powers granted by the National Qualifications Agency, our center provides the procedure for awarding, confirming and recognizing professional qualifications, including the recognition of qualifications obtained abroad.

– Electric and gas welder of the 3rd category (level 3 of the National Qualifications Framework)
– Electric and gas welder of the 4th category (level 4 of the National Qualifications Framework)
– Electric and gas welder of the 5th category (level 4 of the National Qualifications Framework)
– Energy auditor of buildings (level 7 of the National Qualifications Framework)
– Manager of a residential building (level 6 of the National Qualifications Framework)
