Norwegian initiative to support Ukrainian scientists

The Research Council of Norway (RCN) together with the National Research Foundation of Ukraine (NRFU) are launching a new targeted initiative “Involving researchers from Ukraine for ongoing research projects”. It is aimed at supporting Ukrainian scientists who have been affected by the full-scale Russian invasion.

The project is dedicated to integrating Ukrainian researchers into Norwegian projects, which will contribute to strengthening international collaboration between researchers from different countries. The initiative covers all thematic areas that are aimed at supporting Ukrainian research during the war.

? Applications open from September 1.

The initiative was developed in coordination with the NRFU to meet the urgent needs of Ukrainian researchers, taking into account their work in new challenges.
