Memorandum on cooperation with the Department of Veterans Policy of ZODA

On October 24, the rector of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University Viktor Greshta signed a memorandum of cooperation with the head of the Department for Veteran Policy of the Zaporizhia Regional State Administration Olena Sorochenko.

During the meeting, the areas of further cooperation were discussed:
– expanding opportunities for obtaining higher education and lifelong education for war veterans and their family members on the basis of the Polytechnic
– creating conditions for the effective integration of war veterans into the social life of the community
– jointly conducting career guidance work among active military personnel regarding admission to the Polytechnic in civilian specialties
– conducting socio-psychological trainings with war veterans, providing them with psychological support, conducting individual and group consultations, organizing their training with an increase in the level of knowledge of foreign languages, IT technologies
– joint scientific activities
