Memorandum of Cooperation with the National Bar Association of Ukraine and the Bar Council of Zaporizhia Region

On March 13, the rector of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University Viktor Greshta signed a memorandum of cooperation with the National Bar Association of Ukraine and the Bar Council of Zaporizhia Region.

During the meeting, the rector of the university Viktor Greshta, acting Chairman of the Council of Advocates of Zaporizhzhia Region Maksym Semenov and member of the Council of Advocates of Zaporizhzhia Region Dmytro Maistro discussed the preparation and implementation of joint events, projects and programs.

Our cooperation will include:
– development of initiatives in the field of research into the history of the Ukrainian bar
– organization of practical training for students: internships by university students in law firms
– assistance in the employment of graduates.

An important area of ​​interaction will also be the support and development of the scientific and practical laboratory “Advocacy”, the functioning of the University’s Legal Clinic, as well as educational initiatives for youth, in particular the circle for schoolchildren “Young Lawyer”, which will contribute to the formation of legal culture and the popularization of the legal profession among schoolchildren city.

Maxim Semenov presented the rector Viktor Greshta with a Letter of Gratitude from the Chairman of the National Bar Association of Ukraine for supporting the development of the legal profession.

The signing of the memorandum opens up new opportunities for cooperation between the university and the professional legal community and will contribute to the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of law.
