Memorandum on cooperation with the Kushugum settlement council
On September 9, representatives of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University visited the Kushugum village community.
The delegation, headed by the rector Viktor Greshta, consisted of the first vice-rector Serhiy Shyl, vice-rector Andriy Ivanchenko, director of the Educational and Scientific Center “Zaporizhzhya Regional Center of Polytechnic Education” Tetyana Solovyova, dean of the Faculty of Humanities Tetyana Khitrova, and head of the Project Activity Department Maria Pavlenko.
The team visited the Kushugum school “Intellect”, where the university delegation emphasized the high-quality organization of the educational process in the underground community institution.
During the trip to Lovers’ Park, representatives of Zaporizhia Polytechnic University noted the process of the Kushugum community’s transition to green energy, and also inspected the sports locations.
The visit ended with a tour of the hospital’s safe space. A space for the elderly, a crisis room and a Greco-Roman wrestling club, “MolodHUB” – all this is located in one place so that community residents can spend their leisure time in a comfortable and protected environment.
During a visit to the underground school “Prestige”, Rector Viktor Greshta signed a memorandum of cooperation with the head of the village of Kushugumsk village council Volodymyr Sosunovsky.
The activities of Zaporizhia Polytechnic and the Kushugumsk community are aimed at implementing joint projects in the field of education, which are aimed at the development of the Zaporizhia region.
The partnership will allow developing scientific and technical activities, improving the quality of educational provision services at different levels, establish coordination and implementation of various youth initiatives, as well as improve the network of dual education and international partnership in the region.
Our cooperation will cover the socio-cultural sphere, in particular the organization of projects in the field of non-formal education, the development of a culture of volunteering, mentoring and community activity.
