Maksym Manenkov is the best athlete of Zaporizhia region in 2025

Congratulations to the student of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports Management, group UFKS-413 Maksym Manenkov on the honorable and extremely prestigious recognition – victory in the nomination “Best Athlete of 2025” of the Zaporizhia region!!

On February 2, the Zaporizhia Regional Branch of the NOC of Ukraine, together with the Department of Youth and Sports of the ZODA, awarded the winner based on the results of the vote. According to the results of the selection, the best athlete of 2025 was Maksym Manenkov – MSUMK in taekwondo, winner of the World Summer Universiade, bronze medalist of the European Championship among adults, as well as the winner and prize-winner of 10 official international rating competitions of the highest world level. During 2025, Maksym was recognized as the best athlete of the month three times, which is a clear indication of the stability and high class of the athlete.

It is symbolic that on February 2, Maksym won another resounding victory – he became the champion of the international rating tournament of class G–2 “13th Fujairah Open” in taekwondo (WTF), which was held in the UAE (Fujairah), among men in the weight category up to 58 kg.
