Round table "Development of the network of Energy-Innovation Hubs for the recovery of Ukraine: results of activity during the six months and planning of further work"
July 3 in Kyiv at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Igor Sikorsky held a round table “Development of the Energy Innovation Hubs Network for the Restoration of Ukraine: Results of Activities for the Six Months and Planning for Further Work”.
Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic was represented at the meeting by Vice-Rector Andriy Ivanchenko and Head of the EnInHub of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University Iryna Nazarenko.
During the round table, the following were discussed:
— Methods for Developing the Energy Innovation Hubs Network
— Search for New Areas of Activity
— Cooperation with Various Stakeholders
— Potential for Cooperation with Territorial Communities — Interim Results of Regional Round Tables, Feedback, Next Steps
— Plans for the EnInHub Network for the Next year
The participants expanded their contact base to ensure more effective interaction between the hubs and, no less importantly, with target audiences. The activities of the Energy Innovation Hubs during the first half of 2025 were summarized and an action plan for the next year was formed.
The event program included a visit to the Energy Innovation Hub of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute – a space where bold ideas are transformed into real projects. Modern equipment, innovative technologies and a creative team: we are ready to adapt our experience to the realities of Zaporizhia!
The event was organized by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) (GmbH) and experts from the project “Promoting Energy Efficiency and Implementation of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine”.
The round table was organized with the support of the international technical assistance project “Promoting Energy Efficiency and Implementation of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine”, which is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation and co-financed by the Swiss government.
