Step 1
Collect scanned copies of all required registration documents:
— application form with electronic signature; The template can be found at the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17T0dkPmD9i7B6ykaBIb568BJPIJgerrg/view?usp=sharing
— an identity document
— the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP)
— a document on the degree of higher education obtained (for persons who completed their studies in previous years — a diploma and an appendix to it)
— a certificate of the planned date of completion of studies and obtaining a diploma in 2025 (except for graduates of the bachelor’s degree of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University)
— a photo card for documents 3×4 (no more than 1 MB)
— a medical certificate in the form of a primary registration documentation 086-3/o (in case of need to create special (special) conditions for passing the entrance exams)
When filling out the application form, indicate the settlement in Ukraine or abroad in which you wish to take the EFVV/EVI, and the preferred language of taking the exams.
You can choose no more than two subject areas for the EFVV.
Step 2
Send scanned copies or photocopies of registration documents to the e-mail address of the admissions committee nuzp.pk@gmail.com.
Step 3
Receive a scanned copy of the examination sheet.
