Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports Management – participant in the reporting assembly of the NOC of Ukraine branch in Zaporizhia region

On December 18, representatives of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports Management of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University took part in the reporting assembly of the branch of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine in the Zaporizhia region.

The agenda of the assembly included a summary of the activities of the branch of the NOC of Ukraine for 2023–2025, a report of the audit commission, updating the composition of the branch members, determining the priorities of the new Olympic cycle, as well as discussing the prospects for the participation of Zaporizhia athletes in the XXXIV Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles (2028).

The following took part in the assembly from the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports:
– Svitlana Kokareva — member of the NOC of Ukraine branch in Zaporizhia region, dean of the faculty of physical culture and sports management
– Oleksiy Gatsulya — deputy head of the NOC of Ukraine branch in Zaporizhia region, senior lecturer of the department of physical culture of Olympic and non-Olympic sports
– Borys Kokarev — member of the executive committee of the NOC of Ukraine branch in Zaporizhia region, secretary of the meeting, associate professor of the department of physical culture of Olympic and non-Olympic sports

The participants of the assembly noted the effective cooperation of the faculty of physical culture and sports management with the NOC of Ukraine branch in Zaporizhia region, in particular, they highly appreciated the joint sports, educational and Olympic events.

The National of the Olympic Committee of Ukraine awarded Oleksiy Gatsula — for active participation in the development of the Olympic movement in the Zaporizhia region.
