Workshop: "Touches of Support. Developed Empathy as the Key to Quality Support and Environmental Communication"
The Psychological Service of the National University “Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic” invites you to a workshop: “Touches of Support. Developed empathy as a key to quality support and ecological communication”, which we conduct within the framework of the All-Ukrainian mental health program “How are you?”!
During the workshop you will learn:
– what empathy is and why it is important
– how to ecologically express your feelings to other people
– how to feel the line between sensitivity to others and your own needs

The practical session “Touches of Support. Empathy Workshop” is part of the events on the occasion of World Mental Health Day, which is celebrated annually on October 10. This year’s Mental Health Day is part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “How Are You?” aims to draw public attention to the topic of mental health and psychological well-being and will take place within the framework of the unifying thematic concept “Touches of Support”.
