"Business coffee" with Vira Muravytska: a space for dialogue and opportunities

Can a cup of coffee change your vision of business? We were convinced – yes! On April 11, a warm meeting took place in the FREETIME youth hub as part of the Business Coffee project. Our guest was Vira Muravitska, the owner of the Kvitkova Maysternya chain, a talented decorator and a true connoisseur of beauty.

In a cozy atmosphere, we learned all the secrets of the flower business: we discussed how to start your own business, how to effectively build a team and why staff training is the key to growth.

Ms. Vira shared her career path – from the first ideas to creating a recognizable brand, and also gave practical advice for anyone who dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. Students actively asked questions and shared their thoughts, and some even planned to open their own business! A casual conversation can be the impetus for big changes!

We sincerely thank all participants for their active participation, and special words of gratitude to our speaker for her frankness, inspiration, and valuable examples from her own entrepreneurial experience.
